The name "Twin Estates" was inspired from the owner's children, their identical twin girls Ali and Elise. The property consists of two separate homes sitting beside each other on a 1 acre lot with a new pool, outdoor kitchen, bar, and Livingroom all nestled in between them.

 The first house, named BEACHCOMBER COTTAGE, is the smaller of the two homes with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  There are new ductless splits in each of the rooms for your summer comfort. The basement is fully furnished with a sitting area, 2 rooms for overflow guests, and a laundry room. 

Each of the bedrooms in this cottage have been named after the owners favorite beaches and restaurants from Wellfleet.

MAC'S SHACK- is located on the first floor with a Queen bed and shares a bath with the Pearl.

THE PEARL- is located on the first floor with a full bed and shares a full bath with Mac's Shack.

C* SHORE- is a suite that is located upstairs with a king and twin bed. It has a new private full bath with a tub, a sitting area with tv and a balcony overlooking the pool. It's a great room that offers some additional privacy with plenty of space to relax and unwind. 

WHITE CREST SUITE- is located above the garage and can be accessed from the main part of the house off the dining room. It's an efficiency apartment with a king bed, full bath, balcony, sitting area and kitchenette. It's perfect for grandparents, teens or that couple that wants just a little extra layer of separation at times.

The second house, named NAUSET COTTAGE has 5 additional bedrooms and 3 full baths. It has central air and a full basement with a laundry room, sitting area with TV, and indoor games to entertain the children on a rainy day.

Each of the bedrooms in the cottage have been named after the owners favorite beaches and restaurants from Orleans.

 MAHONEYS- located on the first floor with a king bed. It shares a full bath with The Rail bedroom.

THE RAIL- is also located on the first floor with 3 twin beds and shares a bathroom with Mahoneys.

LAND HO- is located upstairs with a king bed and shares a full bath with the Lost Dog room but has it's own door to the bathroom if you prefer for it to be a private bathroom.

The LOST DOG- is a bedroom located upstairs with a queen and twin bed. It shares a bathroom.

ROCK HARBOR SUITE- Is located above the garage and it accessed from a outside door located near the garage. It is also a efficiency apartment with a king bed, full bath, balcony, sitting area and kitchenette. It is also perfect for grandparents, teens or that couple that wants just a little extra space at times.

A must visit summer rental for multiple families who, at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.

Great family getaway: All three homes are situated on a 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a volleyball net, a grilling area, and a fire pit for the colder evenings. There is an outside pavilion area with a tv. This is a great place to gather the entire group for meals and activities - even if it's raining!
