Cape Cod: A Special Place to Visit

All our homes are Located in the outer portion of Cape Cod in the small towns of Eastham and East Orleans.  Our homes in Eastham, are all within a mile of each other. We specialize in summer rentals that can accommodate multiple families, who want their own space to relax, or families who want the Ultimate Location for a reunion.

Eastham is a great town for vacations in Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the bay area or ocean. The Bay is the perfect place for children as it is typically warmer, is less crowded, has smaller waves, and offers great walking/exploring of the flats at low tide. Also, it is an easy walk from our rental properties and the ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away.

These larger homes that aren't waterfront are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove.

Other close amenities are: great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and numerous charter boats. Another close must-visit attraction is the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre with the infamous flea market by day and movie by night. Provincetown is only a 20- to 30-minute drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. There are also numerous hiking trails at the Wellfleet Audubon Society nearby and a one of a kind experience at the National Seashore.

East Orleans, is home to Nauset Beach, the first longest National Seashore Beach, accessible by car. You are able to get a beach pass to drive on the beach but plan ahead.

Each of our homes offer a unique and special way of creating a fabulous Cape Cod Experience. Whether you choose to rent 3 By the Sea, Horseshoe Landing or Twin Estates, we hope you will have an opportunity to experience the magic of Cape Cod

About Beachside Properties

Brianna Seppala, owner of Beachside Properties, was born in Vermont but grew up coming to Cape Cod every summer with her family to stay in their little cottage in Eastham (260 Silver Springs Beach Rd.). She was drawn to the sand and the salt air. When she got married, she wanted to be barefoot on the beach.

It was June of 2000 that she married her high school sweetheart, Brian, on Nauset Beach in Orleans. Less than a year later, they bought a piece of land in Eastham and built their first house together. She worked part-time for a child advocacy center and took up real estate in 2002 to complement her husband’s construction company.

Together, they bought and fixed up houses to flip or use as summer rentals. In 2008, after having twin girls, Brianna created her own real estate company—Beachside Properties. She and her husband have been purchasing and managing their rental properties ever since.

Back in 2000, Brian and Brianna looked everywhere for a rental property that could accommodate their family and wedding party in one location. They quickly realized that these properties didn't exist, so it was their goal to create them.

Welcome home. You'll be happy here.
